Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implementdigitalplatform strategies that align with the organizations goals andobjectivesdecarbonisationanddigitalisation
Leadtechnical design of Oracle ecosystem including WACS (Enterprise Asset Management) and CCS Billing AMI / AMR Smart Metering Platform tooptimizebusiness capabilitiesforMeter to Cash
Lead integration architecturedesign for strategic platforms (Oracle Azure Data PlatformAMI/AMR)and transform legacy integrationapproach to API-driven and event driven architecture
Manage project demand as anintegratedarchitecture portfolio and able to drive prioritization of project scope / delivery and manage inter-dependency and roadmap
Leadsolution assessment and evaluate solution optionstopropose recommendations to key stakeholders includingBusiness and Digital teams
Collaborate with business stakeholdersdigitalteams and other departments todrive solution scoping and influence key design decisions to ensurea timelyproject delivery
Provide architectural design and guidance forenterprise platform standardization andadoptionensuringcompliance with architectural standards and best practices.
Work closely withdeliveryteam and Enterprise Architecture team(Integration Data Security)to manage thekey design decision anddetailed designtosupport the key implementation activities.
Act as an individual contributor anddemonstratetheleadership to motivateDigitaltalentswithin architecture and guide junior architects and technical teams.
Encourage team collaborations and ensure best practices are shared and embedded across BG/BUs
Requirements:
Bachelors degree inInformationTechnology Computer Science or related disciplines /Mastersdegree in a related field is desirable.
experiencesinutilities industry orIT relevant industrywith a broad range of exposure todigital strategy and digital platform could includeOracle WACS CCSOracle Integration CloudAMI/AMRandmulti-cloud platforms
Must have experience inarchitecture portfolio management not just singleapplicationor single platforms.
Experience assolutionarchitectwithexperience in architecturedefinition strategy alignmentroadmapdesign. Nice to haveapplication development and project managementskills.
Experienceinmodernarchitecturesand able todeterminedesignpatternacross a range of technologies.
Broad skills acrossintegrationarchitecturecloud data and security architecturesAPI design event-drivenarchitecture etc.
Professional credentials inTOGAFITIL PMP COBIT ScrumMaster DevOpsor relevant disciplines preferred.
Solution architecture certification(s) in one (or more) cloud solution(s) where applicable
Strong communicationand negotiation skills as well as influencing and leadership skills in English. Cantonese & Mandarin Chinese language abilities highly regarded.
Proventrack recordof problem solving andanalytical abilitiesand able to useowninitiative.
Demonstrable commitment to continuous learning.
Proactiveperformancedrivenand results oriented.
