We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Technical Program Manager to lead company-wide technically complex programs with high impact and urgency.

End-to-endresponsibility:fromplanningandstrategydevelopmenttoexecutionandaccountabilityforquarterlyandannualgoals.
KeyResponsibilities
- Developnewtoolsandprocesstosupportthestrategicdirectionoftheorganization.
- Createandmanagelong-termgoalsoftheorganization.
- Ensuregoalsaremetinareasincludingcustomersatisfactionsafetyqualityandteammemberperformance.
- Prioritizeprogramsandactivitiesinaccordancewiththemissionandgoalsoftheorganization.
- Identifysystemsneedsand/ordefineprocesstoimproveefficiencyandenablereliabilityandscalability.
- Abletospeakthelanguageofengineersandleadinitiativesinvolvingnon-functionalrequirementsandplatform-levelchanges.
- AnalyticalDepth:Sharpwithmetricsabletodeepdiveintodatatoidentifygapsprioritizeeffectivelyandmovewithurgencyindynamicenvironments.
BasicQualifications
- Bachelorsdegreeand8yearsofStrategicTechnicalProgramManagementexperience.
- Experienceinchallengingproblemsolvingdeepdivingintoanissueidentifyingroot-causesandsuggestingrealisticsolutions.
- Experiencesynthesizinginformationquicklydistillingkeytakeawaysandpresentinginsightstoseniorleadership.
- Experienceworkingwithlargesetsofstructuredandunstructureddataandsynthesizingintobusinessinsights.
- Highstandardsandabiastowardaction.
- Expertcommunicationandinterpersonalskillsmustbeabletorunmeetingsandworkstreamswithseniorleadershipacrossthecompany.
- Abilitytomeettightdeadlinesprioritizeworkloadandachieveeffectiveresultsinfast-pacedanddynamicenvironment;effectivemulti-taskingskillsarevital.
- Leadershipexperience.

Pay&Benefits
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. At Coupang your base pay is one part of your total compensation. The base pay for this position ranges from $155000/year in our lowest geographic market to $267000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience.
