Introduction to the role
We are now looking for a Business Excellence Manager to lead and drive Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) and Business Excellence across Biopharma and Oncology in the Nordic region.
This is a highly collaborative role working closely with sales leadership marketing business intelligence and crossfunctional stakeholders across countries and business units. You will play a key role in shaping how we use data insights incentives and customer engagement models to accelerate commercial performance.
This is a fixed term contract for 10 months and you can be located in any of our Nordic offices and you are expected to be on-site three days per week.
Key accountabilities
Lead the development delivery training reporting and monitoring of Sales Force Effectiveness initiatives across Nordic brands and business units.
Act as a trusted partner to Business Unit Directors Franchise Heads and Sales Managers translating commercial strategy into effective SFE solutions.
Drive Segmentation & Targeting across omnichannel customer engagement supporting facetoface digital multichannel marketing and remote detailing.
Analyze sales and activity data to provide actionable insights and support operational planning.
Ensure governance and best practice within territory design and alignment.
Lead the Nordic incentive process including design and payout governance.
Support sales management to develop and improve performance of sales and cross functional teams including Segmentation & Targeting KPI-workshops monitoring and analysis of sales activities.
Lead and contribute to Nordic and global excellence initiatives including AIdriven initiatives.
Essential skills & experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience in pharma sales.
Strong communication skills.
Experience within Sales Force Excellence Business Excellence or commercial analytics.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems preferably Veeva CRM.
Experience with Segmentation & Targeting SFE analytics and incentives models.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
High data and digital literacy including AI awareness.
Excellent knowledge in English language. Nordic language skills are an advantage.
