Build and scale corporate partnerships and drive enterprise sales for mental health programs employee wellness solutions and corporate and institutional tie-up Optimize customer acquisition channels retention strategies and overall user experience Collaborate with marketing teams to build brand awareness and drive engagement across platforms Lead negotiations contracts MOUs and long-term partnerships across various segments
3.P&L Accountability
Own end to end P&L responsibility across business units Drive revenue growth while maintaining profitability and cost efficiency Monitor and drive financial performance budgets forecasts and key business metrics. Set targets KPIs success metrics and work with cross functional teams to drive results Drive conversion rates pipeline management and revenue realization on regular regular basis
4. Cross functional Collaboration
Work closely with clinical product marketing operations and other support functions to ensure seamless service delivery Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards. Improve overall operational efficiency and customer experience
4. Team Management
Build mentor and lead high-performing sales business development and collaboration teams Foster a culture of accountability ownership and collaboration mentor and coach team members to enhance productivity and capability.
