| Responsibilities |
| Direct Responsibilities The main responsibility of this role is to achieve the Business Target set for them which includes Broking Revenue along with cross selling third party products and inhouse products launched by Sharekhan from time to time servicing to existing/ new acquired clients of Sharekhan One segment. Also generate Interest Income by using LAS/EMF/IPO funding. To ensure highest level of service to customers in terms of advisory and operational issues and give timely solutions for the same which will play a differentiature for this segment. TO GUARANTEE: To achieve Revenue target through broking and cross selling products launched by the Sharekhan from time to time Generate interest income Understanding of clients profile and suggest Portfolio/ Asset Allocation Contributing Responsibilities TO CONTRIBUTE: Brokerage Revenue / Asset gathering/Interest Income as per the target set for Sharekhan One Segment To handle the assigned clients in a very effective and seamless manner To improve and maintain the client activity ratio by activating clients across the segments |
| ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONAL SKILLS/ COMPETENCIES 7 years of work experience in the financial services industry and relevant regulatory certifications like NISM & AMFI is a must Aware about the diverse investment products and well updated with the market information Ability to co-ordinate with team members. PERSONAL SKILLS: Strong communication & written skills. Fluency in local language would be an added advantage Excellent interpersonal skills Willingness to learn and adapt REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate / Post Graduate Good communication skill Good understanding and knowledge of Equity Derivatives Commodity & Currency Segment MF PMS AIF and all related products |
