Key Responsibilities
Identify target and win new business opportunities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Promote and sell technical B2B products and solutions
Understand customer requirements and deliver tailored value-driven solutions
Manage your sales pipeline activity and reporting effectively
Stay informed on market trends competitor activity and product developments
What Were Looking For
Proven experience in a Business Development or Sales role (ideally within a technical or industrial environment)
A proactive hunter mentality with a passion for winning new business
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Commercially astute with the ability to understand technical solutions
Self-motivated organised and comfortable working independently in a field-based role
