About the Role A Brooklyn-based healthcare company is scaling and they need someone who can build something new alongside them. This isnt a manage what exists role; its a create what doesnt yet role. Youll be launching and scaling a new service line from the ground up which means you need to be both the strategist and the operator.

Key Responsibilities

Service Line Development

Launch and scale a new service line from scratch
Balance big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution

Operations & Client Relations

Work directly with clients and coordinate across internal teams
Develop services and workflows where none currently exist

Team & Organizational Growth

Eventually build and lead a team beneath you
Grow into a senior leadership role as the function matures

Qualifications

Proven experience building something new not just managing whats already there
Strategic thinker whos comfortable getting into the weeds
Strong cross-functional communicator; able to work with clients and internal stakeholders alike
Healthcare background a plus
