Together were in it for life!The Lead Maintenance Technician will be responsible for overseeing the assembly installation troubleshooting maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical systems and machinery throughout the facility. Additional responsibilities include diagnosing issues managing work orders maintaining inventory and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This role requires high technical proficiency organizational skills and leadership capabilities Accountability& Responsibilities:Assemble install and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components according to schematics blueprints or technical and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in machinery as well as throughout the overall inventory of tools and supplies submitting requisitions when with engineering and production teams to support new equipment installations or assign and manage work orders ensuring timely compliance with safety and quality standardsAbility to work emergency call-ins and mandatory overtime including weekendsPerformother functions asrequested by managementPosition Requirements:Minimum Education:Associates degree or technical diploma in Electro-Mechanical Technology Industrial Maintenance or a related Experience:5yearsof relevant experience in an industrial or manufacturing knowledge of AC/DC circuits PLCs motors gearboxes hydraulics pneumatics and vacuum to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematicsProficiency with hand tools diagnostic instruments and maintenance problem solving and communication to work independently as well as part of a be able to wear a respirator and adhere to all other PPE requirements for the to enter and attend permit required confined Equipment & Skills:Industrial electrical experience in an industrial production setting ofPneumatichydraulic electricalormechanicalsystems experience with HVAC of machinery operating software/hardware such as PLCs and VFD controls and hands-on experience with installing troubleshooting maintaining and repairing Electrical & Electronic Control Systems and components to read and understand technical documentation and use trade mathematics along with precision measuring/testing instruments knowledge of sensors and monitoring devices for temperature flow pressure voltage current and other parameters Requirements:Lift up to 50 hand eye coordinationWill spend extended periods of time standing and walkingextensivelythroughout thefacilityAbility to climb laddersand conduct aerial work on platformsOccasionally required to sit stoop kneel bend crouch bend and twistEnvironmental Working Conditions:While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to high precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; risk of electrical shock; and vibration.
