Provides technical expertise to sales representatives resellers and customers during the sales process. Performs technical sales support at customer sites or on a multiple-site basis. Resolves technical product/service issues
This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision. Roles typically require a university degree or an extensive amount of practical knowledge gained through experience. Job requires an understanding and application of procedures and concepts of own job requires attention to detail in making evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information. This job typically requires a degree or equivalent and a minimum of 2 or more years experience.
The Jobs Mission
The Stryker Product Support Specialist responsibilities include directly supporting all Stryker products associated with Joint Replacement procedures (including robotic surgery with Mako). This role will focus on servicing and supporting our clinical customers to strive for best-in-class specialist support with procedural excellence.
Additional responsibilities include working with the local sales team to coordinate training and events and managing day to day requirements of business support ensuring Stryker delivers exceptional levels of service to our broad range of customers.
