Nurse Case Manager (RN) – Flagstaff, AZ (Hybrid Role)

Description

What Youll Do

• Attend in-person medical appointments with injured workers in and around Flagstaff
• Conduct non-treatment consultative assessments
• Coordinate care and collaborate with providers employers adjusters and attorneys
• Ensure treatment plans are appropriate timely and cost-effective
• Act as a key liaison between all parties involved in the claim
• Maintain clear timely documentation and reporting

What Were Looking For

• Active RN license in Arizona (required)
• Must be based near Flagstaff AZ and able to travel locally for appointments
• Strong clinical background (ICU ER Trauma Ortho Neuro preferred)
• Workers Compensation Case Management experience (highly preferred)
• CCM certification (a plus)
• Highly organized independent and confident in the field
