Job Description:
This job is responsible for resolving day-to-day complex problems researching and executing on complex transactions for multiple sites or larger business unit(s). Key responsibilities include leading the design development and implementation of products systems processes and services using discretion within the project management methodologies with a focus on continuous improvement. This role supports Card Rewards product design and rewards platform enhancement projects supporting existing Process Design Managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads the design development and implementation of complex products systems and services in an operations environment using subject matter expertise
  • Manages projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives
  • Advises as a technical expert in assigned area by providing work direction guidance and training to employees and business partners on new complex initiatives
  • Builds relationships with business partners across various Lines of Business
  • Manages and defines responsibilities and accountabilities for key program and projects
  • Act as Product Owner in Agile framework to formally document Epics and Stories to support project business requirements (JIRA)
  • Assist Technology team with capacity and prioritization of work
  • Support Rewards Operations Product Strategy Managers and Analysts with robust project workload and deliverables
  • Create test scenarios within low level release environments for proof-of-concept validation
  • Provide validation coverage for rewards integrated releases and Application Resiliency/Business Recovery exercises
  • Create and execute data queries against customer and business rule tables for validation of project installs and strategy deployments
  • Provide subject manager expertise and thought leadership in strategy development discussions
  • Work with Technology partners to design strategic solutions within the Card Rewards platform
  • Socialize defects within existing Business Control routines for Card
  • Promote and champion AI tool usage within team in collaboration with department AI Collective Lead

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience working within Agile framework
  • Minimum 2 years Card experience
  • Adept with Powerpoint and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Committed to performance excellence

Desired Qualifications:

  • Prior project testing experience (UAT)

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$71000.00 - $106400.00 annualized salary offers to be determined based on experience education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
