RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure that customers receive prompt courteous and effective service at all times
- Serve as a liaison between commercial accounts and the dealership staff
- Take ownership of the customers experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave an positive impression with the customer
- Generate new relationships with commercial accounts with maintenance and mechanical repair needs
- Maintain positive relationships with existing commercial service accounts
- Maintain accurate account point of contact lists including prospective accounts follow up dates and lead sourcing for all accounts
- Collaborate with commercial parts and sales account managers to promote complete service for all commercial accounts
- Participate in and promote special events sponsored by the dealership
- Provide concierge support for all account inquiries whether phone or in person to assure the customer does not get mishandled
- Spend quality time building relationships with the customers
REQUIREMENTS:
- Technical automotive knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships
- Organized outgoing and friendly personality
- Dealership experience preferred
- Ability to safely operate a company provided vehicle
