Job Responsibilities:

• Manage project scope timeline and resource to support the rollout of new digitization solutions

• Serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders to align on service requirements delivery milestones and customer expectations

• Identify triage and resolve operational issues project blockers or cross-team conflicts to keep service delivery on track and minimize disruption

• Support the development and execution of scalable digitization services tailored to private equity workflows

• Gather clean and analyze operational data to support decision-making and identify workflow optimization opportunities

• Continuously evaluate internal workflows and toolings to enhance team efficiency reduce manual effort

• Document standard operating procedures and help improve cross-team processes for service delivery

• Support cross-functional and strategic initiatives as assigned contributing to broader business priorities

• Explore and initiate AI technologies to enhance business processes and drive operational efficiency

Job Qualifications:

• 13 years of experience in operations project management or a related role in tech or professional services environment

• Familiarity with AI tools and practical applications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to work across cross-functional teams

• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

• Proactive resourceful and eager to take ownership of operational success

• Familiarity with project management and CRM tools is a plus

• Strong proficiency with structured data and analysis is a plus
