• Administer and support the Tableau platform across Tableau Cloud Server Desktop and Prep ensuring availability performance and scalability.
• Manage security and governance by administering users groups and permissions through OKTA following best practices for access control and compliance.
• Maintain and support data connectivity to enterprise data sources such as Redshift MySQL and SQL Server and enable advanced analytics via TabPy.
• Monitor and optimize platform health and usage using Tableau Admin Views and New Relic proactively identifying issues and driving continuous improvements.

• Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
• 6 years of IT experience in data engineering or related technical roles.
• Bilingual (Spanish & English) strong verbal and written communication.
• Proven experience supporting Tableau.

• Tableau Cloud Server Desktop Prep.
• OKTA for identity & access.
• Data sources: Redshift MySQL SQL Server.
• Monitoring: NewRelic Tableau Admin Views.

• TabPy for advanced analytics.

• Ability to work under tight timelines and manage complex requirements.
• Flexible to work during CST/EST time zones and meet for hand-over activities to India team if needed.
• Self-motivated proactive and a strong team player.
