HOW THIS ROLE MAKES A DIFFERENCE

As our Restaurant Assistant General Manager youll dive into the heart of Cafe Vidas operations. Your day is all about supporting and assisting the general manager in ensuring everything runs smoothly. Youll focus on customer service and floor supervision making sure every guest has an exceptional experience. This role isnt bogged down with administrative tasks; instead youll be actively engaged with the team and customers contributing directly to the lively atmosphere of our restaurant.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• 2 years of experience as an assistant general manager at a restaurant
• Supervision experience
• Customer service experience (preferred)

WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION

This full-time onsite role is based in Culver City CA. Youll need to be available to work weekends with a goal of 50 hours per week.
