Job Summary

Job title: Workers Compensation Attorney (Hybrid)

Location: Woodland Hills CA

Salary:$160000 - $180000/year

What you will be doing:

Manage a full caseload of workers compensation cases of varying degrees of complexity.
Create litigation plans.
Create budget plans if necessary.
Conduct discovery.
Travel to court and other appearances.
Try cases while maintaining exceptional client interaction.
Compose motions briefs correspondence and other legal documents.
Prepare cases for trial.
Communicate with clients opposing counsel and other parties to effectively represent clients.
Utilize strong negotiation and communication skills.

Experience you will need:

At least 5 years of experience in the defense of workers compensation cases.
