Job Summary

Job title: Commercial Real Estate/Transactional Attorney

Location: Bethesda MD

Salary:$160000 - $170000/year

What you will be doing:

Work with BBS&Gs nationally recognized commercial real estate practice group.
Engage in a wide variety of real estate transactions including joint ventures and investment structuring development P3 and infrastructure projects.
Handle real property acquisitions and dispositions commercial leasing and finance.

Experience you will need:

3-6 years of real estate and/or business law experience.
Bar admission in Maryland DC or Virginia is preferred.
