Location: This is a full-time on-site role based in our Philadelphia PA office with hybrid or remote flexibility introduced after the training period. Weve designed it this way intentionally: the onboarding experience sets you up for long-term success.
Note: Candidates must hold a Juris Doctorate and be an active member in good standing of the Pennsylvania Bar. A minimum of 2 years of foreclosure litigation experience is required. Applications without this background cannot be considered.

Job Description
- Manage and prioritize a high-volume litigation caseload with efficiency and precision
- Draft review and file pleadings in full compliance with local state and federal regulations
- Represent the firm at hearings status conferences and court proceedings
- Collaborate with clients opposing counsel and internal team members to advance case strategy
- Develop creative risk-mitigating solutions to complex legal challenges
- Work across practice areas including foreclosure bankruptcy eviction title claims and REO closings
Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate required
- Active member in good standing of the Pennsylvania Bar
- 2 years of foreclosure litigation experience (required)
- Background in title bankruptcy and/or mortgage banking strongly preferred
- Strong drafting analytical and courtroom skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced multi-office environment
- Excellent communication and client service skills
