Rental Sales Agent

Sixt Rent a Cara Tom Wood company located inIndianapolis Indiana Airportis looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team asRental Sales Agents for a night shift. In this role youll be the face of our brand helping customers find the perfect vehicle for their needs and ensuring a seamless rental experience.

Pay: uncapped bonus opportunity resulting in an average salary range of $44000 - $60000

Responsibilities:

Pleasantly greet and assist Guests in a friendly and professional manner always providing exceptional customer service to build long lasting relationships and ensure customer loyalty.

Assess guest needs and suggest appropriate rental vehicles and services.

Advise on optional products and services creating the best rental experience and maximizing sales and service opportunities with every guest.

Answer Guest inquiries organized service-oriented and always with a smile.

Ensure all rental activities comply with local state and federal regulations.

Promote and maintain a safe work environment.

Additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Natural Sales Talent motivated and enjoys direct customer contact.

Driven by achieving sales targets

Team-oriented flexible and willing to learn.

Bring valuable experience from sectors such as sales service or tourism.

Known for being a reliable and responsible team member.

Willing to work various shifts including nights weekend and public holidays with a flexible approach to working hours
