CAPITAL Dealership Seasonal Support Staff
CAPITAL is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Seasonal Support Staff to support our dealership team during the busy summer season. This temporary entry-level position is a great opportunity for students or individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in the automotive industry. As Seasonal Support Staff youll assist various departments to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations across the dealership.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with general cleaning and maintenance tasks around the dealership
- Help move and organize vehicles on the lot
- Support staff with delivering parts and supplies between departments
- Keep workspaces tidy and well-stocked
- Greet and assist customers or direct them to appropriate personnel as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift bend and be on your feet for extended periods
- Must be at least 16 years old and able to pass pre-employment screenings
