Job Title: Warehouse Manager
Schedule: Full-Time Typically 8:00 AM 6:00 PM (up to 7:00 PM as needed)
Alternate schedule every other week starting at 6:30 AM for inbound trucks
Salary: $90000 $100000 annually

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead operations for a wholesale distribution environment. This role is responsible for overseeing all warehouse functions including shipping receiving inventory control and staff management.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with deep experience in warehouse operations highly proficient in WMS systems and capable of driving efficiency organization and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations including shipping receiving and inventory control
Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain organized warehouse systems
Manage train schedule and supervise warehouse staff
Coordinate with vendors carriers and drivers to ensure timely shipments and deliveries
Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to maximize space and efficiency
Enforce OSHA regulations safety standards and hazardous material protocols
Maintain warehouse security procedures and compliance standards
Monitor performance and provide coaching and feedback to team members
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to support business operations

Qualifications

34 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager
Experience working in a wholesale distribution environment required
Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures policies and operations
Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Valid forklift certification/license
Strong organizational problem-solving and leadership skills
Ability to communicate and collaborate across all levels of the organization
Ability to provide clear and effective verbal and written feedback
Bilingual English/Spanish

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Logistics or related field
Experience improving warehouse layout processes and operational efficiency
