What youll do

As Demi Chef de Partie youll lovewhat you do and take pride in taking care of our guests:

  • You will be responsible for daily food preparations during your day creating delectable dishes ranging from informal dining on breakfast lunch and dinner. This will include supervising and leading a team of Commis Chefs together with the Chef de Partie or in their absence; take orders from Chef de Parties and give tasks to Commis Chefs and check they are carried out in the correct manner; sample smell and observe food all to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience
  • You will also show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests special requests and challenges that may arise during the day
