Role Accountabilities:

  • Support Zone Managers with task management communication of project strategy and team engagement.
  • Improve productivity through refined processes procedures systems and schedule reporting using company planning tools.
  • Lead quality & safety by example complying with the Safety Management System and promoting a safety-first culture.
  • Coordinate resource utilization analyze and communicate complex scheduling issues and validate submitted information.
  • Ensure record-keeping reporting compliance and prepare tailored project reports for different stakeholders.
  • Assist change notices support change management and participate in scheduling reviews audits and validations.
  • Perform other duties as required and engage in Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in engineering or project management
  • Minimum 7 years delivering design and engineering projects preferably in a consultancy environment
  • PMP chartered status or demonstrable progress towards certification preferred
  • Diverse project lifecycle experience; experience in complex infrastructure or marine projects preferred
  • Flexible and adaptable able to prioritize manage multiple complex tasks meet deadlines and respond to changing priorities
  • Project management skills: planning schedule/cost controls and earned value management
  • Risk & scheduling tools: working knowledge of Acumen Risk and Primavera P6
  • Experience managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and detailed supporting schedules
  • Ability to tailor information and data for different audiences and management levels
  • Integrate inputs from multi-disciplinary teams to deliver aligned outcomes
  • Understand and manage cost risk and contractual implications
  • Logical approach to resolving complex multi-faceted project issues
  • Familiarity with InEight Documents Mortar Smartsheet and other collaboration platforms
  • Oral & written communication with influencing skills and ability to build effective relationships at all levels

The salary range for this position is $93280 - $139000. The base salary represents Arcadis hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors such as location skills experience and qualification for the role.
