Job Summary
Youth Enrichment Specialist

As a Youth Enrichment Specialist you arent just providing care youre building confidence teaching life skills and creating positive memories for youth who need a champion.
Our Community Presence
We operate 2 dedicated residential houses right here in Tucson. These homes serve as the hub for our youthsafe supportive environments where healing and growth happen every day. Youll be a key part of the team keeping these local houses vibrant and therapeutic.
Your Weekend Mission
Youll spend your weekends (Friday afternoon through Sunday) mentoring youth ages 517. This isnt a desk job. Youll be out in the community and in residential settings helping kids hit their goals through:
Perfect for students or those seeking a meaningful weekend role:
21 Years Old (for agency vehicle operation)
1 Year Experience in youth-focused behavioral health
Valid AZ Drivers License
Clearances: Fingerprint Card CPR/First Aid and TB test results
Tech Skills: Familiarity with Word Excel and Outlook

- Growth: Working side-by-side with youth on social skills and personal development.
- Safety & Support: Providing a stable therapeutic environment where kids feel seen and heard.
Perfect for students or those seeking a meaningful weekend role:
- Friday: 3:00 PM 10:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM 10:00 PM
- Sunday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
21 Years Old (for agency vehicle operation)
1 Year Experience in youth-focused behavioral health
