We are looking for an FP&A Manager to join our team

What Youll Do:
- Lead the companys financial planning forecasting and budgeting processes
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives
- Develop and maintain financial models KPIs dashboards and variance analyses
- Deliver monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages with actionable insights
- Support long-range planning and scenario modeling for growth opportunities
- Manage mentor and develop a team of # analysts (if applicable)
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance forecasting accuracy and efficiency
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field (MBA or CPA/CFA a plus)
- 58 years of progressive experience in FP&A corporate finance or related field
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency (experience with insert tool e.g. Power BI Tableau or Adaptive Insights is a plus)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills able to translate complex data into clear insights for leadership
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making
- At least 2 years leading a team
