Job Summary
Financial Systems Support
- Provide day-to-day support for BlackLine RIVA and other financial applications.
- Troubleshoot user questions system issues and reporting requests.
- Assist with maintaining system configurations workflows and business rules.
- Help monitor system performance and data integrity.
- Participate in testing system enhancements and upgrades.
Business Partnership
- Partner with Accounting Treasury and Finance teams to understand business needs.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes through system capabilities.
- Help document business requirements and support solution implementation.
- Learn how financial close and reconciliation processes are supported through technology.
Process Improvement
- Support initiatives that improve automation standardization and operational efficiency.
- Assist with documenting workflows procedures and best practices.
- Help identify process improvements and support change management activities.
- Participate in projects that improve the user experience across financial systems.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain system documentation and support materials.
- Assist with operational reporting and reconciliation activities.
- Research and resolve data discrepancies and system exceptions.
- Support audit readiness and knowledge-sharing efforts.
Qualifications :
- 13 years of professional experience in Accounting Finance Financial Systems Business Systems or a related field.
- Exposure to BlackLine RIVA or similar financial systems.
- Experience supporting business users or working with financial applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Eagerness to learn new systems and develop expertise in financial technology.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with BlackLine (Account Reconciliations Task Management Transaction Matching Variance Analysis or Financial Close).
- Exposure to RIVA or other financial workflow automation tools.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle Yardi SAP Workday NetSuite or similar.
- Familiarity with month-end close or accounting processes.
- Experience supporting Finance or Accounting teams.
- Exposure to reporting tools or financial data analysis.
- Experience participating in system implementations upgrades or process improvement projects.

- Expected pay range of $68000 - $90000 base salary plus annual target bonus. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
