Key Responsibilities:

• Lead coach and manage the sales team to meet volume and gross profit goals

• Handle internet phone and walk-in leads to ensure consistent follow-up and closing performance

• Address and resolve customer satisfaction issues promptly and professionally

• Monitor and manage new and used vehicle inventory including aging and turn rates

• Train and develop sales staff through one-on-ones team meetings and real-time coaching

• Implement strategies to maximize front-end gross finance penetration and trade-in conversions

• Collaborate with executive management to maintain a positive accountable and energetic sales floor culture

• Ensure compliance with manufacturer programs company policies and local regulations

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of automotive sales experience (management experience preferred)

• Proven leadership ability with a track record of sales performance

• Strong communication team-building and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools desking software and dealership DMS systems

• Must thrive in a fast-paced goal-driven environment
