Engagement Officer Roles
Job Summary
We have two exciting opportunities for key players within our Engagement team. Both are part time roles; 21 hours and 14 hours.
As an Engagement Officer youll spend much of your time out in the community building connections listening carefully and capturing feedback on peoples experiences. Youll share this insight with our research and reporting teams to help influence and improve the services people rely on.
Key Responsibilities
Engaging with our Communities
Attend and support events outreach visits and local group meetings
Build strong relationships with community groups organisations and the public
Data Capture and supporting the organisational reporting
Represent Healthwatch Cornwall in a professional compassionate and approachable way.
Champion the voices of our communities
Support and promote community engagement of all groups
