You will lead and execute the distribution strategy driving profitable growth through broker relationships while maintaining underwriting discipline.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and deliver distribution strategy across personal lines
- Own broker relationships panel strategy and performance
- Drive profitable growth aligned with pricing and underwriting
- Monitor broker performance and implement improvement plans
- Lead governance onboarding and distribution controls
- Work closely with Pricing Underwriting and Operations
The Person
- 5 years in broker-led insurance distribution
- Strong commercial and relationship management skills
- Proven track record of delivering growth
- Comfortable operating in a senior hands-on role
