The Role
This Claims Administrator role sits at the centre of the claims function ensuring efficient management of TPA-managed claims and supporting financial and operational performance.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee and audit TPA-managed claims files
Review and approve claims payments within authority levels
Prepare claims reports dashboards and MI packs
Support insurer reporting and reserve meetings
Manage property claims administration and documentation
Work closely with Finance on payment processing and reconciliation
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
The Person
2 years experience in claims (insurance)
Strong attention to detail and analytical ability
Good understanding of claims processes and policy interpretation
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
