Select Medicals receptionist performs duties related to greeting visitors delivering exceptional customer service assistance and the handling of mail or packages.

We offer an outstanding employee experience full-time hours full benefits paid training and advancement opportunities.

Our team offers first shift Monday through Friday schedules. This would include two fifteen minute breaks and one half-hour lunch. We allow for casual work attire jeans are our norm!

The receptionistis responsible for:

• Greet and assist visitors
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Receive sort and post all outgoing mail/packages
• Operate postage equipment
• Mail pickup/delivery at Corporate and USPS
• Provide monthly reporting on postage expenses
• Prepare daily deposit slips and scan payments
• Scan link and distribute incoming mail
  

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One years of experience in customer service hospitality or a retail environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel and preferred 10 key typing experience
• One year of experience in an environment that measured productivity
• 1 year of experience in a team environment or office setting using basic math skills
• Good communication skills both written and oral and a positive attitude
• Ability to multi-task and good attention to detail while working independently
• Flexible availability for month end work
