Floor Technician Commercial Experienced

• Perform strip and wax services on commercial floors
• Operate floor scrubbers (walk-behind & ride-on) buffers and burnishers
• Complete carpet cleaning and VLM services
• Identify floor conditions and apply the correct process
• Maintain equipment and report issues in the field
• Support general cleaning tasks (restrooms trash dusting etc.) when needed
• Travel to multiple job sites across the DFW area

• You have hands-on experience with strip and wax (not just assisting)
• You can run equipment without supervision
• You understand how to avoid common issues (swirl marks uneven finish poor pickup)
• You take pride in producing clean professional results
• You show up on time and can be counted on

• Proven experience with floor care equipment (buffer burnisher scrubber)
• Reliable transportation (required)
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. and perform physical work
• Ability to work independently and at a steady pace
• Professional attitude with clients and team members
• Must wear company-provided uniform

• Most work is in the evenings and weekends
• Shift length varies based on job (typically 48 hours)
• Flexible full-time and part-time options available
