Job Summary
This position supervises a team of support and/or production-level employees including hourly and direct staff within Manufacturing Operations. The Supervisoris responsible forsetting day-to-day activities and monitoring production operations maintenance plant engineering and scheduling for an assigned manufacturing cell.
This role is onsite in Charlotte NC
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations:Manages the daily performance of a single manufacturing cell to ensure production targets are met.
Quality Control:Ensures all quality-related items for the cell are completed and documentedin accordance withestablished quality standards.
Process Improvement:Assistsin cost reduction and process improvement initiatives to ensure efficiency of operations and cost-effectiveness.
Scheduling & Sequencing:Assists in scheduling and the sequencing of work (build and delivery) for the cell tooptimizeproductivity.
Logistics Support:Coordinates activities for materials and logistics problem resolution to ensure the availability of materials and smooth operations.
Carrier Excellence:Leads Carrier Excellence (Lean/Continuous Improvement) initiatives within the assigned cell.
Innovation Support:Assistsin production innovation including additive manufacturing to enhance the cells production capabilities.
Customer Service:Interfaces with customers to understand needs and issues ensuring that customers receive satisfactory standards of service.
Minimum Qualifications:
University Degree with 2 years of manufacturing experience OR High School diploma/GED with 6 years of manufacturing experience
2specialized knowledge of technical or operational manufacturing practices.
2 yearsofbasicmanagement approaches including work scheduling prioritizing coaching and process execution.
Preferred Qualifications:
Continuous Improvement:Prior experienceparticipatingin Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or Carrier Excellence projects.
Technical Proficiency:Familiarity with additive manufacturing or automated production systems.
Communication:Ability to interact effectively with cross-functional support teams including Scheduling Materials Quality and Engineering.

Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is between $64500.00 - $129500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include but are not limited to skills education experience and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.Other Compensation
Thisposition may be entitled to short-term cash incentives subject to plan requirements.Benefits
