Job Summary
Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:
Cloud & Integration Support
Assist in supporting cloud and integration operations under guidance of senior team members.
Help monitor and maintain integration processes within the BOOMI platform.
Perform routine and proactive operational tasks(e.g. monitoring alerts checking job statuses).
Provide basic L1/L2 supportfor BOOMI runtime and infrastructure issues with supervision.
Document processes issues and resolutions for knowledge sharing.
Assist in administrative tasks such as:
Access and permission requests
Folder creation and updates
User creation (QA and Production environments)
Certificate updates (with guidance)
Incident & Request Management (ITIL)
Monitor and handle basic incident and request ticketsassigned to BOOMI.
Acknowledge and respond to customer emails and inquiriesin a timely manner.
Escalate complex or critical issues to senior engineers (L2/L3 or Ops Leads).
Coordinate with internal teams to support issue resolution.
Assist in sending status updates and incident communications.
Support the team in meeting SLA targets such as:
Incident and Request response times (PWT)
Resolution timelines (MTTR)
Service Operations & Learning
Follow established ITIL processes(Incident Problem Request Change Access).
Support monitoring activities and help identify potential issues early.
Contribute to knowledge management documentation.
Participate in training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities.
Stay updated on basic cloud and integration technologies.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science Engineering or related field
Open to fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience
Basic understanding of cloud concepts and IT systems
Willingness to learn integration platforms (e.g. BOOMI)and ITIL processes
Basic knowledge of any programming/scripting language is a plus
Good problem-solving communication and teamwork skills
Other Qualifications:
Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure)is an advantage
Familiarity with ITIL conceptsis a plus (certification not required)
Strong willingness to learn adapt and grow in a technical support environment
Ability to follow processes and work in a structured operations setup
