Job Summary
Claims company is looking for a Claims / Customer Service expert to join the team in Stellenbosch.
Were on the lookout for dynamic Claims Consultant who are as passionate about biking as they are about providing top-notch customer support.
You will provide an end-to-end service to facilitate the whole process from contacting the client to gathering information/evidence reviewing and validating the evidence quoting the correct replacement/s and then facilitating the replacement process.
Working hours will be between 12 am and 12 pm to accommodate Australian clients. This role is office based
Requirements
Matric
Degree (preferred)
2 years in a customer service role
Be based in or around Stellenbosch
Biking enthusiast/ good knowledge on parts.
