Womens Basketball Coach
Under the direction of the Athletics Director the Head Womens Basketball Coach will be responsible for the organization and administration of an NAIA basketball program that competes in the Southern States Athletic Conference (SSAC). This is a full-time twelve-month position.

Under the direction of the Athletics Director the Head Womens Basketball Coach will be responsible for the organization and administration of an NAIA basketball program that competes in the Southern States Athletic Conference (SSAC). This is a full-time twelve-month position.
EssentialFunctions of Job:
- Develop a successful Womens Basketball Program.
- Conduct recruitment activities in accordance with NAIA rules and regulations.
- Coordinate recruitment and scholarship activities with the Athletic Director.
- Establish an effective schedule for practices and games.
- Prepare a budget within established guidelines.
- Organize and direct the fundraising activities for the Womens Basketball Program.
- Organize and manage camps for student-athletes to ensure proper training and preparation for Womens Basketball season.
- Promote attendance at Womens Basketball events by providing information for students faculty staff and the public.
- Perform other athletic administrative duties as assigned.
- Bachelors degree required Masters preferred.
- Successful coaching experience at the high school or college level required.
- Ability to interact with students parents admission staff and the public in a positive manner.
