Were looking for an AI Data Annotator / AI Trainer to help improve the quality accuracy and reliability of AI this role youll work at the intersection of data technology and human judgmentreviewing information labeling and categorizing data evaluating AI-generated responses and providing the feedback AI systems need to perform better.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly detail-oriented curious about AI and comfortable working with large amounts of information. You dont need to be an AI engineer or machine-learning scientist. What matters most is your ability to understand instructions recognize patterns make consistent decisions and communicate clearly.

Youll help teach AI systems what a high-quality answer looks like identify where models make mistakes and provide structured feedback that can be used to improve future performance.

• Review and annotate text documents customer-service interactions and other business data according to established guidelines
• Categorize and label information accurately and consistently
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy relevance clarity tone completeness and potential errors
• Compare multiple AI responses and determine which best meets defined criteria
• Identify factual inconsistencies unsupported conclusions ambiguous language and other model weaknesses
• Provide detailed feedback that helps improve AI-generated outputs
• Create or refine examples that demonstrate what good AI responses should look like
• Follow annotation guidelines while applying sound judgment to situations that arent always straightforward
• Perform quality-control reviews of annotated data and identify inconsistencies
• Escalate unclear sensitive or potentially problematic content when appropriate
• Help improve annotation guidelines and workflows based on patterns you observe
• Work with technology operations and business teams to understand how AI tools are being used
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and quality metrics
• Use AI tools responsibly to improve research analysis documentation and productivity
• Protect confidential company and customer information throughout the process

This isnt an engineering position.

You wont be expected to build neural networks or write complex machine-learning algorithms.

Instead youll help AI systems improve through high-quality human feedback.

For example you may be asked to review two AI-generated responses and determine which one is more accurate. You might identify that an AI response misunderstood a customers question used information that wasnt supported by the available data or failed to follow a specific instruction.

Youll then document your evaluation in a structured way so the information can be used to improve the system.

Well provide training on our processes tools guidelines and AI workflows.
