This position in ALC in Coquitlam BC is for a Field Service Supervisor who will supervise Field Technicians manage the day-to-day priorities and solve client issues received by the team. Optimize manpower and resources responds to complaints of customers and escalates key issues to senior management.

This is a current vacancy for which Carrier is currently hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate prioritize and resolve issues encountered by the field technicians.
• Optimize the usage of resources standard time equipment and energy of the team.
• Escalate key issues that will impact the business.
• Manage team according to established programs and objectives.
• Quality issue management.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years experience as a supervisor/leading Field Technician

Preferred Qualifications

• Leadership and organization skills
• Analytical
• Problem solver
• Interpersonal skills
• Effective English communication in verbal and written form

• Must have unrestricted authorization to work in Canada.
