THE ROLE
We are seeking a hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations across restaurant banquet and event service.
This role is focused on execution service quality and operational discipline.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily F&B operations across all outlets
- Manage banquet and event execution
- Ensure high service standards and guest satisfaction
- Control labor and operational costs
- Train coach and develop team members
WHAT WE NEED
- Strong full-service hotel F&B experience
- Experience managing banquets and high-volume service
- Ability to lead teams and drive accountability
- Focus on both guest experience and cost control
REQUIREMENTS
- Prior F&B leadership experience
- Ability to work flexible schedule (nights/weekends)
- Strong operational and leadership skills
