As a Security Officer Dispatch Enhanced Part Time Driver in Freeport TX this role is designed to provide reliable consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $21.63 / Hour

Job Schedule:

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (Anchor Shifts): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. Its all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility income stability and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures dispatch protocols and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Monitor radios telephones alarms cameras and other communication systems to receive calls for service document activity and relay information to appropriate personnel in a calm problem-solving manner.
• Coordinate the movement of security-related personnel contractors visitors and/or responders by maintaining dispatch logs tracking routine and urgent requests and communicating post assignments or changing site conditions.
• Respond to incidents alarms medical calls spills and other critical situations by gathering details prioritizing calls and notifying site leadership and/or public emergency services as directed by post orders.
• Conduct regular and random patrol support activities by tracking officer status documenting patrol completion and communicating issues observed around buildings restricted areas and the perimeter.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A TSA-issued TWIC is required.
• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
