We are seeking a highly organised and detailfocusedprofessional to provide accurate confidential and timelyadministrative support to Council and Committee Meetings. This roleplays a key part in ensuring that decisionmaking processesresolutions and minutes are recorded clearly consistently and inaccordance with legislative and organisational requirements.
You will be responsible for maintaining a professional andefficient work environment while delivering exceptional service toOfficers Councillors and members of the public.
To be considered for this role you must address thefollowing selection criteria when completing your onlineapplication:
- High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Sound knowledge of meeting procedures for example preparation of agendas and minutes for Committee and Council meetings
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced computer literacy skills in the Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure
This position offers a salary from $86797 to$92879 per annum (dependent on skills and experience)and:
- 12% superannuation with the option to co-contribute up to a further 5%
