Job Summary
The sky is no longer the limit as Nidec takes its technology off the ground and into the Aerospace market. As a Program Manager with the Nidec Aerospace team you will have the opportunity to apply and develop your expertise to help design electric propulsion systems for the battery-powered aircrafts that will enable the world to sustainably and efficiently get from point A to point B.Nidec is the worlds leading electric motor manufacturer and a true pioneer in electrification across a wide array of industries since its foundation in 1973 ranging from appliances energy infrastructure to ground transportation. Nidec Aerospace is a newly created Joint Venture between Nidec and Embraer intending to lead the Electrification of aircrafts. We are well-positioned and excited to support the aerospace industry in its ambitious transition to net-zero carbon emissions by 2050.

From ideation to production you will work with a diverse and experienced team of design engineers to support aerospace industry leaders and spearhead technological advances in transport decarbonization.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and driven Program Manager to lead complex crossfunctional initiatives that are critical to our business this role you will oversee multiple projects simultaneously aligning strategy resources and execution to consistently deliver results on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Develop manage and maintain comprehensive program and project plans including schedules budgets resource allocation and key milestones.
- Provide strong leadership to crossfunctional project teams fostering accountability collaboration and high performance.
- Track project progress proactively identifying challenges and implementing corrective actions to keep initiatives on track.
- Identify assess and mitigate program risks and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Communicate clear concise and accurate status updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Partner closely with internal teams across functions to ensure alignment and successful delivery of program objectives.
- Promote and ensure adherence to established project management methodologies standards and best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project and/or program management managing multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate influence and guide teams toward shared goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence presenting to seniorlevel stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience developing and managing detailed project plans using project management tools and software.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic fastpaced environment with shifting priorities.
- Strong problemsolving analytical and decisionmaking skills.
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile Waterfall and Scrum.
- PMP PMIACP or similar certification is preferred and considered a strong asset.
