We are looking for a rockstar Stand Manager to bring the good vibes pour exceptional drinks and lead a fantastic crew. What Youll Do

• Pump up the culture: Bring 7 Brews signature energy tone and standards to life every single day.
  
• Coach a winning team: Train mentor and inspire everyone from our Brewistas to Shift Leads.
  
• Keep it flawless: Hold the line on perfect drink builds and lightning-fast speed-of-service.
  
• Run the show: Own the daily stand operations inventory and overall success of your location.
  

What You Bring

• 2-3 years of leadership experience in QSR retail or hospitality (coffee experience is a massive plus!).
  
• A serious passion for coaching mentoring and team culture.
  
• A calm confident attitude when things get high-energy and fast-paced.
  
• Sharp communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
