The Opportunity

MinRes seeks passionate dedicated and highly skilled Early Childhood Educators to join our dynamic Next Gen Early Learning Centre team. As a key educational team member the successful candidate will play an integral role in providing high-quality care and educational experiences for children in a nurturing stimulating and inclusive environment.

This is a permanent position.

• Develop and implement developmentally appropriate play-based learning experiences that support childrens social emotional cognitive and physical growth.
• Regularly observe and document childrens progress and milestones through digital observations learning stories and portfolios
• Participate in team meetings planning sessions and professional development opportunities contributing to a culture of excellence across the service
• Build strong respectful relationships with families ensuring open communication about their childs progress achievements and challenges
• Adhere to child protection policies and procedures ensuring the wellbeing and safety of all children in your care and consistently meeting the highest standards of practice
• Assist with developing and implementing the curriculum that aligns with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

Your Experience and Skills:

• Minimum Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Proven 3 years experience in an early childhood education setting demonstrating a strong understanding of early childhood development teaching practices and applying the EYLF/NQF.
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
• Knowledge of child protection policies and creating a safe supportive learning environment.
• Passionate and compassionate with a genuine desire to support childrens learning and development
