Job Summary
As part of our Innovation Development Team this role focuses on designing building and maintaining a Customer Loyalty Application that enables datadriven engagement across sales inventory and finance.
You will operate at the intersection of fullstack development and business analysis translating business needs into scalable technical solutions while delivering meaningful insights through analytics workflows and user-facing applications. This position plays a critical role in improving customer retention operational efficiency and strategic decisionmaking.
JOB DUTIES
- Design and build modern enriched user interfaces using JavaScript and for customerfacing and internal loyalty applications.
- Develop and maintain backend services and analytical applications using Python to support loyalty data metrics and workflows.
- Define analyze and translate business requirements into technical solutions acting as a bridge between stakeholders and development teams.
- Design optimize and manage SQL-based data models procedures and queries to support loyalty data products.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs for integration between frontend applications backend services and data platforms.
- Develop analytics automated workflows dashboards and data consumption applications to support business insights.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams using GitHub for source control code reviews and CI/CD workflows.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of application architecture performance and usability.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 3 years of experience with JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks ( preferred).
- 2 years of experience with Python including backend frameworks such as FastAPI Flask or similar.
- Strong proficiency in SQL including complex queries data modeling and database functions (Snowflake preferred).
- Handson experience designing developing and maintaining RESTful APIs.
- Experience using GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to understand and document business processes.
- Professional working proficiency in English.

- Experience working on Customer Loyalty CRM or customer engagement platforms.
- Experience in data analytics data engineering or data science roles or projects.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Experience developing BI products such as dashboards reports and selfservice analytics tools.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and data warehousing solutions (Snowflake Azure).
- Experience applying Material Design principles using frameworks such as Vuetify.
- Exposure to or handson experience with GitHub Copilot or other AIassisted development tools.
- A mindset of continuous learning adaptability and staying current with industry best practices.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative crossfunctional environment.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
