Job description

Key Responsibilities

Work on legal and technology-related matters involving intellectual property software and emerging technologies. Analyze and interpret legal frameworks related to technology and digital platforms. Support legal compliance documentation and research on technology laws. Collaborate with legal technical and business teams to address regulatory and IP-related concerns. Conduct legal research related to European and German technology laws. Prepare legal documentation reports and communication related to tech-law matters. Take a proactive approach in understanding technical contexts while addressing legal requirements.

Key Skills

LL.B. degree (Mandatory) Understanding of Computer Science / IT / Software Technology Knowledge of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Exposure to Emerging Technologies & Tech Law Familiarity with European and German Laws (Preferred) Strong Legal Research & Documentation Skills Excellent Communication & Organizational Skills

Should have worked on FOSS and EULA agreement
