Accounts Receivable Specialist – Entry Level

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable individual to join our Accounting team. This entry-level opportunity with structured training is ideal for someone who works efficiently communicates clearly and has a willing-to-learn mindset.

Key Responsibilities After Training

• Apply and process customer payments accurately and on time
• Communicate with customers to resolve invoice questions
• Assist with collections in a professional customer-focused manner
• Request and issue refunds credits and apply accordingly
• Prepare customer statements and basic reports
• Support additional accounting functions as you grow in the role

• Ability to learn and willingness to adapt
• Clear communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Comfortable using computers Microsoft Excel and Word

Education & Experience

• Highschool diploma or GED
• Coursework or interest in accounting finance or business a plus

Hours

• Full-time Days Monday Friday
• Onsite in Burnsville MN

Wages:

• $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
