ResponsibilitiesPrepares special cold foods such as salads canapés cold show pieces and cold platters. Prepares ice sculptures and carved food displays for restaurants and special occasions. Reports to supervisor the need for equipment and food supplies. Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of food preparation equipment and sanitary work conditions. Assists in the control of food and labor costs by eliminating waste and over production.
QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to read and write English sufficiently to perform job.
