- Private club setting professional service not public restaurant chaos
- Consistent business with banquet event and à la carte service
- Scratch cooking with quality ingredients

- Previous cooking experience required; club restaurant or banquet experience preferred
- Strong fundamentals: knife skills basic cooking techniques and prep organization
- Reliable punctual and team-focused attitude
- Ability to work evenings weekends and holidays as part of a full-time schedule
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Culinary education is a plus but experience and work ethic matter most
- Prepare and execute menu items according to club recipes standards and presentation guidelines
- Perform daily prep duties to support service and events
- Maintain a clean organized and efficient workstation
- Follow all food safety sanitation and health department regulations
- Assist with banquets weddings tournaments and special club events
- Communicate clearly and work as part of a team-driven kitchen
- Take pride in consistency timing and plate presentation
- Full-time position with steady hours
- Schedule based on club operations including weekends and holidays
