Job Summary
The Cradle of Liberty Council a growing major metro council serving Scouting and Career Exploring programs in Philadelphia Montgomery and Delaware Counties in Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced professional to become the Out-of-School Time (OST) Program Director. The OST Program Director will lead the implementation growth and overall success of a new three-year five days a week out-of-school time program for youth in grades K-3 in Philadelphia PA. The position will also provide support to existing after-school Scouting and Career Exploring programs throughout the council.
This role is responsible for delivering high-quality outcomes-driven programming that supports youth development in character leadership wellness and community engagement while ensuring full compliance with grant requirements and organizational standards.
